Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan saran perlunya peningkatan standar pelayanan dari Pejabat / Badan Tata Usaha Negara terkait dalam menyikapi ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Administrasi Tersebut.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara; Fiktif Positif; Bantuan Sosial; Hibah Daerah.
